Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a full-time, hands-on Senior Accountant who enjoys keeping the financial operations of a small, creative firm accurate, organized, and running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Operations, this role includes AP/AR, payroll support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. If you bring reliability, discretion, and positive attitude to all you do we want to hear from you! Ideally, this position will be based in our Boston HQ, though we are open to other studio locations (Los Angeles, New York, Phoenix, Raleigh) for the right candidate, with hybrid or remote flexibility depending on the individual.

Design

Lighting Designer

We’re looking for a full-time Lighting Designer to join our Los Angeles (Burbank) studio. You’ll support senior staff in developing lighting designs for museum exhibitions, architecture, themed entertainment, and other experiential environments while contributing to projects across every phase of the design process, from early concept development through post-opening. Intentional mentorship throughout the lighting design process will support your continued professional growth within the firm. We follow a weekly hybrid work model, with 2 to 3 days spent in the studio each week and the balance working from home, if desired.
